    We currently offer 3 convenient ways to pay: 1. **Vogueish Payment Plan - 4 easy payments**: Secure your item with a 25% deposit and pay the balance over 3 interest-free monthly instalments. You will receive an invoice from Vogueish for the deposit amount due and your item will be reserved once the deposit has been paid. Your item will only be shipped once payment has been received in full. Simply follow these steps to checkout using a Vogueish Payment Plan: - Select the "25% Deposit" payment option and add to cart. - Check out - your item is reserved once payment is made. - Pay the balance over 3 months in interest-free instalments - we'll send you reminders when payments are due. - Your item will be shipped upon receipt of the last instalment. - You can also settle your balance in full at any point during the repayment period to receive your item early! - Should you decide to cancel your order, at any point, your 25% deposit will be forfeited and the rest of the amount will be refunded to you. 2. **Credit or Debit Card via Paystack or iKhoka**: Pay with your Credit or Debit Card through our payments partner, Paystack. When checking out, simply select Paystack as your payment option. You will be redirected to Paystack where you can securely enter your card details.
  • What is the return period?
    You are eligible to initiate a return within one week (seven days) from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. This includes original packaging, tags, authenticity cards, and any accompanying accessories.
  • What are your shipping options?
    We provide complimentary shipping on all local orders over R2000. Local customers within South Africa can expect their orders to arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping is also available. While we strive to dispatch international orders within 10 business days, please note that this timeline is not an absolute guarantee, as it may vary based on various factors, such as buyer and seller locations.     When you consign an item with Vogueish, we will authenticate, price, and sell that item on your behalf and pay you your share of the proceeds once the item has been sold. Here's how it works: 1. Receive An Offer: Our experts will authenticate and recommend prices for your items. You just need to approve. 2. Arrange Collection: Book a date with our team, and they'll arrange a courier to collect your item(s). 3. Earn: You get paid after your item(s) are sold and the 7-day return period has lapsed. Consignment is currently only available in South Africa.
  • When will I get paid?
    Our sellers get paid after their items have been sold. Items must have been paid for in full, the order must have been fulfilled, and the 7-day return period must have lapsed. This ensures that we do not pay sellers before the sale of their item is final. If an item is returned, we will restock it on our store and attempt to sell it again.
  • Why was my item not approved by Vogueish?
    Here are a few reasons why your item might have been refused: ​ Authenticity Concerns: If there are doubts about the authenticity of the item, it might not be approved. Luxury items and collectibles are often subject to counterfeiting, and Vogueish wants to ensure that only genuine items are listed. Mismatched Description: If the item's condition, features, or any other aspects don't match the description provided by the seller, it might not be approved. Accuracy in describing items is crucial for maintaining transparency and building trust with our consumers. Quality Standards: Our platform has very specific quality standards that items must meet. If the item doesn't meet these standards, it could be rejected. Incomplete Information: If the item listing lacks necessary details or images, it might not provide enough information for our platform to assess its authenticity or condition. Inappropriate Content: If the item violates any terms of service, contains inappropriate content, or is prohibited by the platform's policies, it will likely be refused. Legal and Ethical Concerns: Some items might be refused due to legal or ethical concerns. This could include items that are banned or restricted in certain jurisdictions. Pending Review: Sometimes, items are temporarily held for review until their authenticity or accuracy can be verified.   • Does Vogueish repair items?
    At Vogueish, we believe in giving timeless items new life. Should we receive consigned items in reparable condition, our team will communicate reparation options with you after doing thorough research on the reparation.
  • What should I do if I suspect that Vogueish has sold me a counterfeit product?
    We have immense faith in our approach, to the extent that we provide an unconditional lifetime 100% money-back guarantee. If you ever hold reservations regarding your purchase, simply reach out via email to coordinate a reevaluation by our authentication team. In the event that the item is confirmed as a counterfeit, a full refund for the item will be issued.
  • Are all bags available for rent?
    The bags that are available for rent will have a ribbon that says "Rental". You will also find all of the available rental bags under the rental catagory at the top of the rental page.
  • How long can I keep a rental bag?
    Our rental period is five days or ten days from and including the day that we receive a notification from our courier partners that the item has been delivered to your doorstep.
  • Do I have to pay a security deposit?
    No. We only charge the rental fee, as well as a courier fee of R299. We will, however charge for any loss or damage on the card details provided. Late fees of R200 per day will be charged if the item is not ready for collection on the final day of your rental period.
  • What if I return my rental late?
    Late fees of R200 per day will be charged to your provided credit card details.
  • What if I lose or damage my rental bag?
    If the bag is lost or stolen, we will charge the retail value on the credit card t=details provided by you. Each rental item will be inspected upon return by our team. If there are any new marks, or signs of damage, the cost of repair will be charged to the credit card details provided by you.
  • Do I have to clean the bag before returning it?
    We ask that you remove everything from the bag before returning it in the dust bag provided. Please do not clean, dryclean or use any of your own products on the bag. Our team will have the bag cleaned professionally before the next client receives it.
  • How do I take care of the item I rented?
    Renters must take good care of the handbag, using it only for its intended purpose. The handbag should not be exposed to water, excessive sunlight, harsh chemicals, or any conditions that could cause damage. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will result in charges on the credit card details provided by you.
  • What should I avoid with my Vogueish rental?
    Subleasing, lending, or selling the rented handbag is strictly prohibited. The handbag must not be used for any illegal activities.
  • Can I extend my rental period?
    You can extend your rental period by sending us an email at least 48 hours before the end of your current rental period. Additional charges will apply.
  • Can I book a rental in advance?
    Yes. Our booking system is currently under construction, however, you can send us an email with your rental dates, and we'll be sure to reserve the item for your chosen dates.
  • Can I rent a bag for a longer period?
    Yes. Kindly send us an email with your chosen dates, and we will send you a customised invoice.
