We currently offer 2 convenient ways to pay: 1. **Vogueish Payment Plan - 4 easy payments**: Secure your item with a 25% deposit and pay the balance over 3 interest-free monthly instalments. You will receive an invoice from Vogueish for the deposit amount due and your item will be reserved once the deposit has been paid. Your item will only be shipped once payment has been received in full. Simply follow these steps to checkout using a Vogueish Payment Plan: - Select the "25% Deposit" payment option and add to cart. - Check out - your item is reserved once payment is made. - Pay the balance over 3 months in interest-free instalments - we'll send you reminders when payments are due. - Your item will be shipped upon receipt of the last instalment. - You can also settle your balance in full at any point during the repayment period to receive your item early! - Should you decide to cancel your order, at any point, your 25% deposit will be forfeited and the rest of the amount will be refunded to you. 2. **Credit or Debit Card via Paystack or iKhoka**: Pay with your Credit or Debit Card through our payments partner, Paystack. When checking out, simply select Paystack as your payment option. You will be redirected to Paystack where you can securely enter your card details.

You are eligible to initiate a return within one week (seven days) from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. This includes original packaging, tags, authenticity cards, and any accompanying accessories.

International shipping is also available. When you consign an item with Vogueish, we will authenticate, price, and sell that item on your behalf and pay you your share of the proceeds once the item has been sold. Here's how it works: 1. Receive An Offer: Our experts will authenticate and recommend prices for your items. You just need to approve. 2. Arrange Collection: Book a date with our team, and they'll arrange a courier to collect your item(s). 3. Earn: You get paid after your item(s) are sold and the 7-day return period has lapsed. Consignment is currently only available in South Africa.

Our sellers get paid after their items have been sold. Items must have been paid for in full, the order must have been fulfilled, and the 7-day return period must have lapsed. This ensures that we do not pay sellers before the sale of their item is final. If an item is returned, we will restock it on our store and attempt to sell it again.

Our commission is tailored to each individual item, based on its brand, condition, market demand, and resale value. This flexible model allows us to offer fair pricing to buyers while ensuring you receive the best possible return.

Quality Standards: Our platform has very specific quality standards that items must meet. If the item doesn't meet these standards, it could be rejected.
Incomplete Information: If the item listing lacks necessary details or images, it might not provide enough information for our platform to assess its authenticity or condition.
Inappropriate Content: If the item violates any terms of service, contains inappropriate content, or is prohibited by the platform's policies, it will likely be refused.
Legal and Ethical Concerns: Some items might be refused due to legal or ethical concerns. This could include items that are banned or restricted in certain jurisdictions.
Pending Review: Sometimes, items are temporarily held for review until their authenticity or accuracy can be verified.

Welcome to Vogueish. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using shopvogueish.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1.1. Buyers are charged the full purchase price plus any applicable taxes at checkout.
1.2. Sellers may be subject to transaction fees or commissions, which will be communicated directly at the time of listing or via email.
1.3. All payments are processed securely via trusted third-party gateways. Vogueish does not store credit card details.
2. Payment Plans
2.1. Select items may be reserved through our Payment Plan option. This allows buyers to secure a product with a 25% non-refundable deposit.
2.2. The remaining balance is payable in three equal, interest-free monthly instalments.
2.3. Orders will only be shipped once payment has been received in full.
2.4. If the buyer cancels or defaults at any point before completion of payment, the initial deposit will be forfeited.
2.5. Payment Plans are available at our discretion and may not be offered on all products.
2.6. Late‑payment fee: If a scheduled instalment is not received by the due date, interest will be charged at 2% per month on the overdue amount, calculated daily until full payment is received.
3. Shipping and Handling
3.1. Local Orders (South Africa): Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after full payment is received. Purchases over R2000 qualify for free local shipping. Rental orders carry a flat-rate shipping fee of R300, regardless of order value.
3.2. International Orders: International deliveries typically arrive within 10–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing. International shipping rates are calculated based on total cart value at checkout. Orders over R99 999 qualify for free international shipping.
3.3. Vogueish is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
4. Returns and Refunds
4.1. Due to the nature of pre-owned luxury goods, all sales are final, and returns are only accepted if the item is significantly not as described.
4.2. Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item, including supporting photographs.
4.3. Approved returns must be shipped back unused and in the same condition received. Vogueish reserves the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
4.4. Refunds for items purchased on Payment Plans are subject to a 15% (of the item's total value) restocking and cancellation fee.
5. Product Authenticity
5.1. Vogueish is committed to selling only 100% authentic luxury goods.
5.2. All items undergo a thorough multi-point authentication process before being listed.
5.3. If an item is ever found to be inauthentic, we will offer a full refund, including any shipping fees.
